How I Work

Some brands need a voice. Some need a strategist to build a content system around one. Others need an editor who can take what they have (rough draft, AI output, half-finished idea) and turn it into something that earns a reader's attention.

I do all of it. Individually or together, depending on what you actually need. Here’s my process:

01 Listen and interpret

Every project starts with what you bring: rough notes, a half-formed brief, or just a feeling about what your brand should sound like. My job isn't to start writing. It's to hear what you're really saying and translate it into a strategy.

02 Build your foundation

Before anything is written, your brand needs a clear voice: tone, positioning, audience, and the guardrails that keep every piece of content consistent. This is the infrastructure everything else runs on.

03 Define your strategy

What should your first piece say? What does your next quarter look like? How does each piece connect to the ones around it? These are strategic decisions, grounded your brand, audience, and goals.

04 Create your content

From scratch or from a draft you already have, AI-assisted or fully original, I produce content that sounds like a real person wrote it on purpose. For your brand, in your voice, every time.

05 Play the long game

The goal isn't a single good piece. It's a brand that knows what it sounds like and content that reflects that consistently over time. Everything I build is designed with your longer view in mind.

Standalone or Together

Not every project needs all five steps. Some clients come with a brief already written and need someone to execute. Some have AI drafts that just need a voice. Some need a single article, a one-time edit, or a content calendar and nothing else.

Whatever you need, that's where we start.

If you know what you need, let’s get to it. Don’t know yet? That’s just as well.
